What we are not

Honest about boundaries — better than over-promising. Five things we deliberately do not do.

  1. 1We are not a structural engineer. Eurocode signatures (NEN-EN 1990 / DIN EN 1990 / EN 1990-PN / ДБН EN 1990) stay with a registered Constructeur or structural engineer.
  2. 2We do not supervise the build site. Bouwbegeleiding / Bauleitung / kierownik budowy / технічний нагляд remains with you or your contractor.
  3. 3Complex commercial, industrial, or multi-family residential above 12 units is out of scope for Tier 0–2.
  4. 4Estimates are indicative until Tier 2 architect sign-off — they are not a binding cost.
  5. 5We do not replace local-government pre-permit consultation (omgevingsoverleg / Bauvoranfrage / wniosek o warunki zabudowy) for unusual sites — those are commissioned separately.
