Is Tier 0 really free?

Yes. You get one free CP per email per quarter; no payment details required.

What's included in Tier 1?

Tier 0 deliverables plus floor sketches at 1:100, facades scheme, areas and volume report, and a signed sketch PDF.

What's included in Tier 2?

Permit-package drawings (AR, CD, MEP outline), energy-performance compliance file, and the architect's signed cover sheet with their insurance reference.

How does the Tier 3 subscription work?

Monthly billing; up to 4 revisions/month; pause or cancel any time; pro-rata refund on cancellation.

Refund policy?

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless performance has begun with explicit consent. UA consumers' rights apply per ЗУ 'Про захист прав споживачів'.

What is included in every paid tier

Local building-code compliance

Bbl (NL) · ДБН (UA) · WT (PL) · GEG (DE). The applied edition is the one in force on the day you submitted your brief — locked in writing.

Signature from a registered architect

Every paid deliverable is signed by an architect whose registration number we publish on /architects so you can verify it before signature or payment.

AI / human split, in writing

Every artefact carries the AI-content notice required by the EU AI Act and equivalent laws — what AI did, what the architect did, side by side.

GDPR self-service

Export or erase your data from /lk/data at any time — including the prompt and response history we hold about your project.

Audit trail

We retain the full prompt and response history of your project for the statutory archival period set by your jurisdiction.

Professional indemnity insurance

The signing architect's professional indemnity insurance covers each signed deliverable, in line with the rules of the local register.
